Installation

Follow the steps below to setup Event Venue Showcase for The Event Calendar in your WordPress website

  • Log in to your Website Dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Plugins from the left sidebar of the Dashboard.
  • Click on Add New → Click to Upload Plugin.
  • Choose & select the zipped file named event-venue-showcase.zip.
  • Click Install Now & Activate
  • After activating the Event Venue Showcase plugin, you are ready to create venue view shortcodes.

NOTE: Before installing Event Venue Showcase you must have installed The Event calendar plugin.

Create your first Venue showcase

Creating a Venue showcase is super easy and fast. It can be done within a minute. A-Z guidance has been described here for the first time or for new users.

STEP 1: GENERATE VENUE VIEWS CAROUSEL SHORTCODE

(1) Navigate to Event Venue.

(2) Click on Add New.

(3) Type a Venue View Title used as Venue Section Title (optional).

(4) You can Customize the Venue View Generator Setting Tabs as you want.

(5) And then click on → Publish, and you will see a Generated Shortcode in the top area.

 

STEP 2: COPY AND USE THE VANUE VIEWS CAROUSEL SHORTCODE

Copy and Paste the brand carousel shortcode to your post or page editor or Gutenberg block, or anywhere on your site.
